What can this tool convert?
QBO, OFX and QFX bank transaction records, processed locally. This is not a QuickBooks company backup converter.
Does this verify every transaction?
No. Review the result against the source. Conversion does not authenticate a statement, detect fraud, give tax advice or audit accounts.
Can I import the result into QuickBooks or Xero?
The CSV is a general-purpose export. Match the required columns and date/sign conventions in your software. We do not claim tested direct compatibility with every accounting product. QBO is a bank transaction file format, not the same thing as a QuickBooks Online account.
What stays private?
The QBO conversion runs in your browser and does not upload your file.
What if the PDF has debit, credit and balance columns?
Multiple detected amounts are left blank rather than guessed. Use the original line to enter the correct signed transaction amount, excluding the running balance. This first version requires your review.
