Privacy policy

Your email files

We process uploaded emails and attachments on our server to generate PDFs and ZIP downloads. We do not send their contents to AI models or use them to train models. We do not connect to or change your mailbox. External images in emails are not fetched.

Retention and access

Files become unavailable 24 hours after upload, or 24 hours after successful batch payment. A cleanup process runs every five minutes to remove expired files. You may delete a completed batch immediately using its Delete button. A private token in the result link controls access; anyone with that link can access its permitted previews and downloads.

Basic job metadata is retained for up to seven days for unpaid batches. Payment identifiers, amount verification and batch identifiers are retained for bookkeeping and payment support. Uploaded filenames and message subjects in conversion reports are deleted with the batch.

Payments and logs

PayPal handles payment information. Its checkout is loaded when you choose to pay and is subject to PayPal’s privacy policy. Our web servers record normal access logs, including IP addresses, request paths and browser identifiers. We do not record email content in those logs. Operational providers process data as needed to deliver this service.

Only upload files you have permission to process. For privacy requests, email support@rendun.co. Do not send confidential source documents unless support specifically requests them.

Financial document conversion — 14 October 2026

Text-based bank PDFs are processed on our server without AI model calls. QBO/OFX/QFX conversion is browser-local. Bank PDF files and results follow the same 24-hour expiry and immediate-deletion controls. Payment restarts the 24-hour window. We retain minimal transaction and notification records for accounting and support; file contents are not included in payment emails. Only process documents you are authorized to use.

PDF batches cost $9.90 USD for up to 30 pages or $19.90 for 31–100 pages. All source pages count. Review the complete extraction before purchase. Errors or unsupported layouts may prevent conversion. Contact support@rendun.co with your batch reference for a failed paid export; refund requests are reviewed individually. This is not bookkeeping, an audit, fraud detection, financial advice or certification. No claim of compatibility with every accounting system.

Purchase emails and feedback

We collect the email you enter at checkout to send your payment confirmation and private access link. It is not a marketing subscription. Our support mailbox is support@rendun.co. Do not share your private link.

Feedback messages, optional email addresses and the page path are stored and forwarded to our support team. Feedback is retained for up to one year. A hashed network identifier is used for short-term rate limiting. Minimal purchase and sent-email records are retained for accounting and support. Contact support@rendun.co about access, correction or deletion.

Document timelines — 14 October 2026

AI document timeline export pack: one text-based PDF, PPTX or UTF-8 TXT, up to 10MB, 20 pages/slides and 30,000 readable characters. English output. Full editable web preview is free; USD9.90 once exports chronological PDF, SVG, CSV and JSON. Extracts 2–30 explicitly dated events with original source quotations/references; user can edit dates, titles and descriptions. Dates must include a year: YYYY, YYYY-MM, YYYY-MM-DD or English month names with year. Ambiguous numeric dates, inferred dates and undated events are not included. Automatically matching quotations does not certify the interpretation or completeness. User edits are marked and original quotations retained. Not a legal opinion, certified chronology or medical assessment.

Extracted source text is sent through OpenRouter to the configured AI provider for processing. Uploaded files, extracted text and outputs are stored under a private bearer link: drafts 7 days, paid projects 30 days after capture. Delete sooner via the project page; minimal payment/contact records remain for accounting and support. A receipt contains the private access link. Do not upload confidential or sensitive information. Source content is not included in public SEO pages or llms.txt. Contact support@rendun.co for delivery issues or refunds; statutory rights are unaffected.

Life document packs

Sources and notes are sent to OpenRouter and its model provider to organise your draft. Upload only material you are authorised to use. Do not submit passwords, access codes, full account or ID numbers, medical records or sensitive third-party data. Prefer initials for children. Unpaid drafts expire after 7 days; paid files after 30 days from payment. Unresolved payments may be retained until resolved. You can delete files and access earlier; minimal payment/contact records are retained separately. Your private link grants access. Download before expiry.

Free preview before payment. One pack per purchase; no subscription. Downloads include PDF, editable HTML and CSV. English output; up to 12 files / 10 MB / 20 text-PDF pages / 60 records. Correct and confirm each version; paid editing available until expiry. No legal, insurance, accreditation or acceptance guarantee. Source photographs are retained as uploaded; previews are resized.
