For a batch issue, include your batch link and the error shown. For a payment issue, also include the PayPal transaction ID. Please do not email sensitive source documents unless requested.

Supported inputs: EML, MBOX and ZIP files containing EML messages. MSG and PST are not currently supported.

For bank-statement conversion, include your batch reference and describe the problem. Do not send bank passwords or card security codes.
