EML files, MBOX mailbox exports, or ZIP archives containing EML files. Password-protected ZIP files, encrypted emails, MSG and PST files are not supported in this version.

The PDF includes a list of attachments. The attachment files themselves are kept in their original formats inside the ZIP; Word, Excel and other attachment contents are not converted or merged into the PDF.

Embedded email images are supported. Remote images are not fetched. Emails are reformatted for readable A4 pages, so the result may differ from your email app. Check the free preview before downloading or paying.

Yes. Files are processed on our server. They are not sent to an AI model. Uploaded files and generated PDFs become unavailable after 24 hours and are automatically removed by a cleanup process that runs every 5 minutes. You can delete a finished batch immediately.

Keep the batch link in your address bar. It contains a private access token, so do not share it unless you want someone else to access the batch. Files expire after 24 hours; successful payment starts a new 24-hour download window.

No. This is a file conversion tool. It does not certify, authenticate or determine whether a document will be accepted. Keep your original emails and follow the requirements of whoever will receive your documents.
