Not a law firm. legalformwiz provides self-help document templates parameterized with state-specific rules, each carrying its statute citation. We do not provide legal advice, do not review your answers, and no attorney-client relationship is created. You are responsible for verifying that a document fits your situation and for executing it correctly (signatures, witnesses, notarization); the generated signing instructions cite the applicable statute so you or your attorney can verify them.

Accuracy. State law changes; we update the matrices on a scheduled review cycle and stamp each dataset with its compilation date. If a rule shown is outdated, contact support and we will refund your purchase.

Payments. $9.95 unlocks watermark-free printing of one document (including later edits of it in the same browser). Malfunction refunds: support@legalformwiz.com. Liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months; we are not liable for the outcome of any legal proceeding.
